What are your hours of bus service?
Do I get a Digital Bus Ticket or Printed Bus Ticket?
We encourage you to bring your digital, online bus ticket. We can scan your smart phone or tablet at the bus, as printing is no longer required, but we will also accept the printed ticket.
Why can't I pick a specific time for my bus travel?
Due the inherent changes and delays (flight delays, etc.) that can occur while traveling, our online bus tickets are not time specific to give you, the traveler, the maximum flexibility to ride any of our bus service times without worrying about having to change a bus time.
Does my online bus ticket guarantee a seat on the bus?
No. Seating is filled on a first come, first served basis. An online bus ticket does not guarantee a seat on a specific trip, however, a very high majority of our buses do not fill to capacity since we operate hourly bus service, so it is highly likely seats will be available when you board the bus.
Can I use my online bus ticket on a different day?
Yes. Your online bus ticket can be used up 3 days before your e-ticket travel date and up to 7 days after your e-ticket travel date
Are tickets refundable?
No. All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Carrier will not be responsible for any ticket, or portion of, that is lost, stolen, misplaced, etc. by the passenger after purchase. If purchasing a ticket from the driver, please remember to ask for a receipt.
How close to schedule do the buses run?
We strive for on time performance and reliability while providing safe, professional and courteous bus service. Occasionally there can be delays in our bus travel caused by weather and/or traffic congestion that may cause scheduled trips to run up to 30 minutes late. Please choose a bus schedule that permits ample time for unforeseen delays. We recommend that you arrive at the airport at least (2) hours prior to any domestic departure time, and (3) three hours prior to any international departure time. Please allow additional bus travel time during bad weather conditions or during highway construction periods. We are not responsible for errors in schedule, damage suffered from late arrivals or departures, failure to make connections, nor situations beyond our control.
How do I know if my bus is running on time?
We encourage you to download our app from your smartphone to track trips times and our bus service. Apple users can download the free app from their app store by searching "Coach usa airport express" on their devices. Where do I board the bus at O'Hare?
For the International terminal (terminal #5), the bus loads on the lower level, outside door #5E. If you are arriving at terminals #1, #2, and #3, follow the signs from baggage claim to the bus shuttle center. The bus shuttle center is located across from the Hilton Hotel in the middle of the 3 terminals. The bus loads outside door #4 at the bus shuttle center.
Where do I board the bus at Mitchell Airport in Milwaukee?
The bus loads outside of baggage claim, door #1. Please walk across the lanes to the Island/Median and look for the signs.
Are your bus service & schedule the same on weekends and holidays?
Yes-we operate the exact same schedule every day of the year, including weekends and holidays.
How early should I arrive at my boarding location?
We recommend that you plan to arrive at the boarding location approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled bus travel time.
Do you offer Senior and/or Student Fares?
No. We are sorry, but we do not offer senior or student fares for our bus services.
Do your drivers accept cash and credit cards?
Yes. For purchases made at the bus stop, our drivers do sell tickets. Our drivers accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. However, debit cards are not accepted. Our drivers also accept cash, although drivers may not accept denominations over $50. Drivers do not accept personal checks.
Can I purchase tickets from the driver or other locations instead of buying a bus ticket online?
If you cannot buy your bus ticket online, tickets can also be purchased in person from the driver; our 13th Street park and ride terminal during normal hours (4:15 AM to 6:15 PM); our ticket desk located inside the O'Hare Bus Shuttle Center at O'Hare (9 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday and 12 Noon to 9 PM, Saturday and Sunday); and our business office in Waukesha, WI located at 1520 Arcadian Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186 (7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday).
What are your parking policies at your Coach USA Park and Ride location at 13th Street?
The Coach USA Bus Terminal is a full service Park and Ride with free parking available for up to 14 days for customers traveling with us round-trip to O'Hare. Parking is limited to 14 days and only those going round-trip to O'Hare, and additional days are not available for purchase. Note parking spaces can run at capacity during peak times of the year, so available parking is on a "first come, first served" basis.
Is parking available at all your pick-up locations?
Yes. Public parking lots are available at/or next to our pick locations within easy walking distance for a daily fee. Each location has different fees. See our stop locations information section for more information on specific stops.Our pick-up in Waukesha at the Barker Road Park and Ride (also called the Goerkes' Corners Park and Ride) is a free public park and ride that has some extended park spaces available (up to 5 days only) located in the northwest corner of the lot. Note we have no control or responsibility for private or public parking lots, so please plan ahead before your bus travel.
What are your baggage policies?
Up to two bags and one carry-on per adult fare (one bag and one carry on per children's or free fare) will be transported at owner's risk. Additional bags or boxes will be charged at $5 each. Each bicycle will be charged $5 for boxed and $10 for unboxed. Golf clubs or skis are considered one piece of luggage.
Are your buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We ask that any passenger requiring an ADA accessible motor coach bus inform us at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Is smoking or drinking allowed aboard your vehicles?
For the health and safety of our passengers and drivers, smoking or e-cigarettes are not allowed on any of our vehicles or in our facilities. The consumption of alcohol is also prohibited on Coach USA Airport Express bus trips.
Do you allow pets on your buses?
Pets are accepted on our bus travels only in a cage that will fit under a passenger seat. A full adult fare, per cage, will be charged for cages that occupy a passenger seat. A cage may not block the aisle.
What type of buses do you operate, how many seats are on the bus, and what amenities are there?
We operate 55 and 56 passenger deluxe motor coach buses on an hourly basis. All buses have a bathroom, reclining seats, footrests, and ample storage areas for luggage both overhead and below the seats as well as in the luggage bays below the bus. Many buses also have free Wi-Fi.
Do you go to Midway?
We are sorry, but we do not offer bus service to Midway. You can transfer at O'Hare and connect to Coach USA Indiana for service to Midway.
